Promoting healthy bodies and good levels of fitness have been the focus of this year’s science week. The children have explored the function of different parts of the body and the impact each part plays on their levels of fitness. Everyone was challenged to improve their fitness level in just one week. There was a high level of commitment and enthusiasm from many of the children and staff. It was agreed that in our modern lifestyles, finding time to look after yourself is demanding yet vital. Thank you to our Sport and Healthy Lifestyle prefects, Miss Hobson, Miss Hyams and all the staff for facilitating a fun week which will hopefully continue to have a positive impact for many years to come.
